Luke is a Partner in our property team.

A commercial real estate lawyer, Luke handles retail, development and investment acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management, as well as commercial lease transactions for landlords and tenants, on new developments and existing properties.

Luke has acted for a range of clients in the UK and offshore including blue-chip companies and retailers, property investment companies, high net-worth investors, insolvency practitioners and SMEs, as well as well-known charities and pension funds.

He also advises colleagues in our corporate group on real estate aspects of corporate transactions, and he heads up the Property team’s healthcare offering.

Luke has a strong background in non-contentious investment and development work. He has been involved in several high profile development projects related to retail, student accommodation, leisure and healthcare.
