Helen is a Partner and the joint head of our housing team, leading on housing development.

An experienced property lawyer, Helen is a trusted advisor on real estate acquisitions and disposals, development agreements and complex conditional contracts for registered providers of social housing, property developers and investors.

Helen specialises in residential development transactions for registered providers where there are often multiple stakeholders involved, including funders, local authorities and housebuilders. As such, Helen understands principles and risks from different perspectives, enabling her to negotiate effectively and achieve results that work for all parties.

Since 2019, Helen has represented us in our sponsorship of the Liverpool City Region investment programme and, through that, attends events such as MIPIM and UKREiiF and has built a strong network of contacts across both the private and public sectors
