Joseph is a Partner in our employment team.

An experienced employment lawyer, he handles issues such as discrimination, TUPE, industrial relations, HR, employment tribunals, business transfers, reorganisations, compromise agreements and severance negotiations on behalf of companies and individuals.

Joseph also advises on trade union recognition and disputes, collective consultation rights and obligations during workplace closures and reorganisations.

Joseph has a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment work, dealing with high-value cases, complex transfers and direct negotiations with trade unions. He also has a sound understanding of commercial and retail issues and serves as an in-house employment law adviser, one day per week, for a leading national online retailer.
