Mark is a Partner and the head of our corporate team.

He supports clients across all areas of corporate law including share options, mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, venture capital, equity capital, collective investment schemes, investment structures, joint ventures and complex commercial arrangements.

Mark acts for local, national and international organisations — as well as individual business owners and shareholders — across many sectors, including manufacturing and supply chain, media and technology, waste and recycling and hotels and leisure.

With a heavy focus in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship, Mark provides much-needed guidance to start-ups and early-stage businesses. He helped to found the tech accelerator Baltic Ventures Limited (for which he remains a non-executive director) as well as the LCR Angel Network (which he continues to actively assist).

Mark has a strong background in non-contentious work and three decades’ worth of experience in handling corporate and commercial transactions. He works closely with other teams and departments both across our business and with other organisations to ensure that a fully integrated approach is delivered on all transactions.
