Jeff is a Partner in our litigation team.

A highly experienced commercial litigator, Jeff is known for his tenacity and dedication in fighting on behalf of his clients.

He advises on contract disputes, warranty claims, landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, restrictive covenants and judicial reviews. He acts for a wide range of clients and for many household names.

Jeff also specialises in property litigation and was involved in one of the UK’s leading dilapidations cases. He is also experienced in financial services and sport-related disputes.

Jeff is an experienced accredited mediator and is listed on various mediation panels such as Sports Resolution and North West Mediation Solutions.

He is a former President of Manchester Law Society and is a Council member of The Law Society. He also represents lawyers from Greater Manchester at the national Law Society. In addition, he is a member of The Law Society’s Civil Justice Committee and a member of the Property Litigation Association. He also sits as a Deputy District Judge and holds Higher Rights of Audience in civil cases.
