Ben drafts and negotiates contracts for both suppliers and corporate customers and advises them on a number of legal issues, including procurement; logistics; agency/distribution; facilities management and licensing. Having previously worked in China, Ben has a particular interest in advising clients looking to source from and invest in the Far East.
