The Family Law Practice

Ashley founded The Family Law Practice in 2012 and continues to manage a significant case load, often involving high net worth individuals with complex financial arrangements. Ashley will often find himself pitched against London solicitors, whom he is more than able of matching.

Formerly of Goodman Ray, London (2000-2005) and Burges Salmon, Bristol (2005-2012) before setting up The Family Law Practice Limited in August 2012. Qualified as a Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer. Appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Western Circuit) in March 2019.

Member of Resolution and Bristol Resolution. Member of the Bristol POD. Former member of Resolution's Child Maintenance Committee and Cohabitation Committee. Former member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel and Resolution Accreditation Scheme.
