Claire Nickolds

Founding partner of Jones Nickolds. Claire is expert in all aspects of family law, including complex financial disputes involving family business or trust assets. She also has extensive experience in private law children work, including applications for residence and/or contact. She is also a collaborative lawyer. Since 2009 Rachel has built up an extensive mediation practise involving both domestic and international cases. Rachel's litigation practise involves all aspects of divorce, matrimonial finance, civil partnerships, cohabitation and private children matters. She is also highly experienced in advising on pre-nuptial agreements.
