Redkite law welcomes strong legal leaders for ambitious future

Redkite Law continues to make bold moves by two recent strategic appointments. The firm has grown in both numbers and reach over recent years expanding along the M4 corridor in Wales and throughout Gloucestershire/Herefordshire and now boasts an impressive eleven offices in Wales and six in the South West.   “Working on delivering excellent client experience and making Red Kite the best law firm to work at in Wales and the South West are our highest priorities” shares Neil Walker, CEO, on the firm’s ambitions for the future. In line with this ambition, Richard King has been appointed as Non-executive Chairman of the Executive Board for Redkite Law.  Richard comes with a breadth of experience from both inside and outside of the legal sector. Richard King – Non-executive Chairman of Legal Exec Bard In the legal sector, Richard was initially a non-executive Director at Knights where he influenced the design and strategy that set the foundations for their growth, before going on to become their COO, helping Knights to grow more than threefold. Prior to Knights, Richard held various senior Director roles at Procter & Gamble where he helped to lead integrations and transformations across various parts of the business at a European and Global level. Richard comments on joining the board “This is an exciting time to be joining the Redkite team, as the business begins the next stage of what has already been an impressive growth story, as Redkite continues to grow its reputation as the trusted provider helping clients with life’s key decisions and unexpected events.” Mark Beardmore – Consultant – Commercial Teams Mark Beardmore has been appointed as a consultant to lead a project to review Redkite’s commercial offering and develop a commercial services proposition and strategic plan to help the team achieve their ambitious growth plans and vision for the future. Mark was a corporate partner at Eversheds Sutherland and retired as Birmingham Senior Office Partner in May 2024. Mark said “It has been a pleasure getting to know the Redkite leadership team as we have scoped this project. Redkite Solicitors Expands Expertise with Appointment of Two New Partners into its Commercial Services Team

Redkite Solicitors is proud to announce the strategic expansion of its Commercial Services Team with the recent appointment of two highly experienced legal professionals: Siôn Tudur as Partner and Head of Corporate based in Cardiff, and Gemma Millard as Property and Commercial Strategy Partner based in Cirencester. With over two decades of experience in corporate and commercial law, Siôn Tudur joins Redkite’s Cardiff office to lead the firm’s growing Corporate Team. Sion brings a wealth of expertise from previous senior roles and is well-regarded for his strategic insight and client-focused approach. “I’m genuinely excited to have joined Redkite Solicitors, heading up the corporate team,” said Siôn. “The firm has accomplished so much and has some ambitious plans, which I’m excited to support in driving this next stage in their growth.” In Cirencester, Gemma Millard brings 16 years of diverse legal experience, having worked both in-house as General Counsel and Company Secretary for a listed financial services organisation and as the founder of a niche private practice law firm. Her background spans commercial real estate, senior operational leadership, financial services, pensions, and fintech. Appointed as a member of AMPS (Association of Member-Directed Pension Schemes) and known for her ability to deliver practical, commercially driven solutions, Gemma will play a key role in strengthening Redkite’s commercial property proposition in England and spearheading further expansion of commercial services across the south-west region. “I was drawn to the firm by the enthusiasm and character of the senior leadership team,” Gemma shared. “Their commitment to continuous improvement and innovation is inspiring.
