Ashley is a specialist employment lawyer with over 35 years’ experience in providing employment advice. Ashley undertakes both tribunal and advisory work and has particular experience in the TUPE and HR planning aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

He advises SMEs on everything from their employment contracts and policies to complex discrimination or whistleblowing claims, where he is known for giving friendly, proactive and commercial advice.
