Clive has been advising universities and colleges on the management and development of their campuses for 30 years.

Clive advises on the acquisitions of new campuses, major redevelopment projects, as well as the sale and purchase of land, and the ongoing management of occupiers by means of leases and licences. He brings skills to bear from also acting for regional developers on the acquisition and redevelopment of residential and mixed use sites.
