Managing Director

Clive is the Managing Director of the firm and Head of the Personal Injury team. He specialises in claimant personal injury and employment law. He is regarded as one of the leading personal injury lawyers in Wales. He has considerable experience in complex multi-track employers’ liability cases with an emphasis on trade union work as he acts for the Bakers Food and Allied Workers Union (BFAWU). He won the Leading Wales Award for the Private Sector in 2011.

Qualified 1991; partner Watkins & Gunn 2000 to date.

Clive trained at a highly regarded Cardiff practice before joining Watkins and Gunn in 1991 where he has progressed to the role of Managing Director.

He is also recommended as a leading personal injury lawyer within ‘The Legal 500’ and was shortlisted for the Leader of the Year at the Law Society Excellence Awards in 2011. He won the Leading Wales Award for the Private Sector 2011.
