Partner

Beth Laidler is an Equity Partner in the Real Estate team at Blacks. Since joining the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2009, she’s developed a strong practice and became a Partner in 2022.

Specialising in residential development and holiday and home park transactions, Beth acts for regional and national housebuilders on site acquisitions across the UK. Work also includes advising on the sale and purchase of trading and dormant park sites, often in close collaboration with colleagues across the firm to provide joined-up legal support.

Organised, pragmatic and approachable, Beth builds lasting relationships with both organisations and the people behind them. Her advice is commercial, solutions-focused and shaped around what matters most to each client.

Alongside legal work, Beth co-leads the firm's Community & Wellbeing team. A strong advocate for mental wellbeing and inclusivity, she’s helped shape a workplace culture where people feel respected, empowered and able to be themselves.
