Partner and Head of Corporate

Rebecca Holden is a Partner and Head of Blacks' Corporate team. She joined in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from top-tier international law firms where her work focused on high-value, complex transactions across multiple sectors.

A specialist in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and large-scale corporate reorganisations, Rebecca regularly acts for investors, management teams and multinational businesses. Her practice has a strong international element, with particular emphasis on cross-border deals and multi-jurisdictional projects.

Recent experience includes advising Hela Apparel Holdings PLC on its acquisition of Focus Brands, representing a national airline on strategic investments, and guiding a US-headquartered CRO through a global restructure involving more than 20 jurisdictions. Her private equity work has included investments in the veterinary, business accreditation and SaaS sectors for a mid-market fund.
