Partner

Andrew Foulds is a Partner in Blacks' Family team and a Specialist Accredited member of Resolution. Known for giving clear, practical advice from the start, he brings a calm, focused approach to complex cases.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015, he has specialised exclusively in family law. Joining in 2022 as a Senior Associate, Andrew became a Partner in 2025.

His work covers a wide range of family matters, including financial remedy proceedings for business owners, professionals, landowners and sportspeople. Support also includes child arrangements, nuptial agreements, and legal issues for unmarried couples.

As part of Blacks' Holiday & Home Parks team, Andrew helps families protect their businesses for future generations. In 2025, he presented at the British Holiday & Home Parks Association’s national conference in Edinburgh.
