Managing Partner

Chris Allen is Managing Partner and an experienced Employment Law Solicitor at Blacks. Since joining in 1994, he’s played a central role in the firm’s growth, becoming a Partner shortly after arrival and taking on the role of Managing Partner in 2008.

Advice covers all areas of employment law, with a particular focus on Settlement Agreements, Employment Tribunal claims and drafting contracts and workplace policies. Known for a practical approach and clear communication, Chris is focused on securing results for both employers and employees.

Recognised as a Leading Individual by The Legal 500, Chris is praised for “leading by example” and described as a “consummate professional with a fine eye for detail.” Chambers & Partners highlight standout communication skills and his impact within the community.
