Nigel Hoyle is a Partner in the Corporate team at Blacks. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1982 and joined in 2012, bringing decades of experience advising privately owned businesses.

Nigel works closely with owner-managed businesses on all types of corporate and commercial transactions. He’s known for his clear, solution-focused advice, helping clients navigate acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, funding and shareholder arrangements with confidence.

He’s particularly experienced in advising companies in the food and drink manufacturing sector and insurance broking industry. Whether he’s guiding a business through a major sale or helping structure a shareholder agreement, Nigel focuses on making deals happen with minimal friction.
