Rebecca Holden qualified in 2010 and joined Blacks Solicitors in 2025 as a Partner in the Corporate team having spent most of her career at top tier international law firms.

Rebecca specialises in M&A, Private Equity (advising both investors and management teams) and large-scale corporate solvent reorganisations with a special focus on cross-border deals and projects.

Career highlights include:

Acting for Hela Apparel Holdings PLC in respect of its acquisition of Focus Brands. Acting for a national flag carrier airline in respect of its various investments in other airlines. Acting for a large CRO (headquartered in the US) on its large-scale corporate reorganisations involving 20+ jurisdictions. Acting for a mid-market PE house in respect of its investments in the veterinary, business accreditation and SAAS sectors.
