Andrew Foulds qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and joined Blacks in April 2022 as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Family Law team; in 2025, he was promoted to Partner.

Since qualification, Andrew has practised exclusively in Family Law, dealing with matters including divorce, financial settlement, private children proceedings, nuptial agreement as well as acting for non-married couples.

Andrew is a Specialist Accredited member of Resolution, which recognises solicitor’s who demonstrate excellence in the practice of family law and in their specific areas of expertise. His specialist expertise are Complex financial remedy (high income and assets) and private Children Act proceedings.
