Career
Alex Hall joined Blacks Solicitors in 2011, transferring to the Corporate team as a Paralegal in 2013, before qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017. In 2021 Alex was promoted to Associate Legal Executive and in 2023 to Senior Associate.
Alex has a primary focus on corporate work, predominantly advising in relation to business/company acquisitions and disposals, shareholders’ agreements, management buyouts (MBOs), group restructures, and share options.
In addition to her corporate work, Alex has gained experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements.
