In our Dispute Resolution team, Nicola has more than 30 years’ experience in dispute resolution. She has advised and acted for clients in all arears of private and commercial disputes, professional negligence, contentious private client, insolvency matters and property disputes in the Sheriff Court, Court of Session and the Housing and Property Tribunal.
Nicola has experience in mediation and other dispute resolution methods.
