Mark has experience specialising in both consumer and commercial debt recovery and credit management for both public and private sector organisations. He is an experienced manager who has previously worked at three other law firms in a managerial capacity within their debt recovery departments.

Highly experienced in business operations, strategic and business planning, Mark has a specific focus on developing effective recovery strategies and building strong client relationships. He regularly conducts training on all aspects of credit management, including legal recovery procedures and both corporate and personal insolvency.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) and was re-appointed to their Advisory Board in 2024, being a regional representative for the East Midlands.
