Jessica is a Partner in our Commercial Litigation team who deals with a wide range of high value, complex commercial disputes, including contractual claims, construction-related disputes, corporate disputes (including shareholder claims), professional negligence claims and intellectual property. She also has extensive experience in brand protection, including  brand infringement claims and defamation/reputation management. She has expertise in acting for both claimants and defendants in the County Court, High Court (predominantly the Business & Property Courts) both in London and in the regions.

Jessica qualified in 2009 and spent some time at a regional practice before moving to an international firm. She is regularly commended for her calm-head, strategic overview and attention to deal. Jessica is regularly involved in all types of alternative dispute resolution and has resolved a number of claims for clients through mediation and without prejudice meetings, as well as Early Neutral Evaluations.

She is regularly instructed by a variety of clients including individuals, corporate bodies, insurers and owner-managed businesses. As well as her fee earning role, Jessica also provides operational management responsible for the performance of the national commercial litigation department.
