  • Provided full legal assistance to the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China as Issuer of the second bonds issued in Macau by a Central Government body and governed by the laws of Macau. It is the first Central Government Bonds cleared with the Macao Central Securities Depositary and Clearing Limited.
  • Represented the People’s Government of Guangdong Province of the People’s Republic of China, leading the debt issuance on all aspects of Macau law. It is the second bonds issued in Macau by a Provincial Government body and governed by the laws of Macau. It is the first Provincial Government Bonds cleared with the Macao Central Securities Depositary and Clearing Limited.
  • We assisted the Underwriters of the Luso International Banking Limited Supplementary Capital Bonds as to Macau law on one of the few undated supplementary capital bonds issued in Macau and also one of the few bonds issued in Macau by a credit institution.
