Meena is a Salaried Partner in our Property Disputes Team.
Meena has over 25 years’ experience advising her clients on a wide range of property issues including commercial lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, forfeiture, rights to light, boundary disputes, access to neighbouring land, nuisance, and telecoms.
She is an experienced negotiator and applies her skills and experience in mitigating against the risks of litigation. She also acts for clients in the healthcare sector including GPs, dentists, pharmacists and nursing homes.
