Career
Lucy is a Partner in DaHui Lawyers’ corporate/M&A and PE/VC practice groups. Her practice focuses on cross-border investment and M&A matters, including foreign investment into China and China entities’ overseas investment. In addition to complex cross-border M&A, private equity transactions and corporate restructuring, Lucy has extensive experience in cross-border financing, regulatory matters and employment matters. She has also advised on some high-profile IPOs involving PRC companies’ listing in Hong Kong.
Before joining DaHui Lawyers, Lucy was a partner at Morrison and Foerster with almost 18 years’ experience at top-tier international law firms (in Beijing and Hong Kong offices), after having first practiced at a leading Chinese law firm.
