The firm: Chadha & Co. was founded in 2002 by Namita Chadha, one of India’s leading women corporate lawyers. The firm started by advising foreign corporations doing business in India on FDI and corporate/commercial matters. Today, the firm has strong and reputed practices across industries and areas of law. The firm is led by Ms Namita Chadha, founder and managing partner, and Mr Rahul Chadha, managing partner.

Both the managing partners of the firm are able to bring to the table their practical experience of having worked in-house and establishing and managing businesses in India.
