We also work closely with our specialist tax team and merger control/national security team to ensure transactions are structured appropriately.

• Dispute Resolution: We help avoid disputes becoming litigious wherever we can, but where that is not possible, our expertise encompasses finance, real estate/construction, product liability, commercial litigation, arbitration/mediation/ADR, pensions, IT/outsourcing and white collar crime.

• Employment and Business Immigration: Our work in the UK and across borders covers all aspects of the employment relationship, from day-to-day HR advice (such as disciplinaries, grievances and workforce management) to strategic advice (including in respect of redundancies, restructures and the transfer of employees in transactions/acquisitions and outsourcing).

• Finance: We act on local, national and international financings and are known for our specialist expertise in corporate financings, acquisition and leveraged finance, property finance (both investment and development), asset based finance and restructuring work covering the full range of corporate funding requirements. We also have extensive experience in PFI and Projects and our restructuring names has a enviable portfolio of banking, private equity and corporate clients.

• Real Estate: One of the largest single site teams in the UK. We represent all the various parties involved in real estate transactions including: sellers, buyers, developers, investors, partners, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants. Our expertise is extensive covering: transactional real estate, tax, planning, construction, construction litigation, environment, real estate disputes and funding.
