Nadia is a Barrister-at-Law. She first joined the firm in 2020 as a Legal Executive. She currently holds the position of a senior associate at Uteem Chambers following the successful completion of her Bar Training Course.

Nadia regularly represents clients in front of Mauritius courts, tribunals and committees in relation to civil and corporate matters.

Nadia regularly carries out due diligences on the files of Mauritius incorporated entities, drafts and reviews contract of employments, various corporate and legal documents including loan agreements, constitutions, resolutions, security documents, guarantees, internal manuals, compliance manuals and policies, legal certificates and legal opinions.
