About us

Le & Tran Law Corporation is a boutique litigation and advisory law firm headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Founded in 2011 by Stephen Le Hoang Chuong, who serves as Chairman and Managing Partner, the firm delivers bilingual legal services in Vietnamese and English, making it one of Vietnam's few fully English-speaking law firms. With offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Le & Tran serves multinational corporations, international investors, senior executives, expatriates, high-net-worth individuals, and founders navigating the Vietnamese legal landscape.

Leadership

Le & Tran is led by its Founder and Chairman, Stephen Le Hoang Chuong, one of Vietnam's most recognized litigators with approximately 20 years of experience in white-collar criminal defense and complex commercial disputes. Stephen previously practised at Baker & McKenzie and has since represented over 50 multinational corporations and advised close to 200 individual clients, including CEOs, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals. Committed to combining legal excellence with business leadership, he is currently pursuing an EMBA at Singapore Management University and attending Harvard Law School's Program on Leadership in the Legal Profession. For ten consecutive years through 2026, he has been recognized by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Benchmark Litigation, and Asian Legal Business as a leading lawyer in Vietnam and Asia.
