Mr. Henry Nguyen, is one of the very first personnel of ATIM since 2008 and he is now the Director of ATIM LAW FIRM - a member of ATIM. He has over 17 years of legal practice focusing on corporate, foreign investment, M&A and dispute settlement. With strong experience in legal practice, business mindset as a business coach and a good relationship with stakeholders in local market, he has efficiently, trustworthily supported his clients for achieving their business objectives. Henry has led an excellent corporate practice to successfully support clients, including multinational corporations, international private equity funds and state-owned companies, to set up their businesses in Vietnam, from business planning to business operation, as well as to handle M&A transactions or to settle corporate, commercial disputes. Henry has strong expertise in various industries such as FMCG, MLM, renewable energy, fintech, real estate, private equity.

Mr. Henry Nguyen is also a visiting lecturer at many law schools in Vietnam, collaborates with VCCI in making comments, legal review on drafts of many laws, regulations of Vietnam, as well as cooperate with FBNC channel and other magazines.
