Mrs. Annie Ngo has an outstanding portfolio in Oil and Gas sector. She previously held significant positions in a Unocal, an international Petroleum Oil Company based in the US; and in Vietnam such as PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PVOIL), Cuu Long Joint Operating Company (CLJOC), PetroVietnam Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP), and Bien Dong Petroleum Operating Company (BDPOC). During her tenure with these companies, she established the Supply Chain Network, advised on legal, commercial, contractual and procurement matters of the offshore Blocks. Annie has managed the Crude Oil trading and selling activities in PVOIL Corporation, holding Procurement Manager position in CLJOC, Commercial and Contract Manager in PVEP, Deputy Commercial and Procurement Manager of BDPOC, and Deputy HR & Administration Manager of BDPOC. She has managed and provided consultation on commercial and contractual aspects of the Petroleum Sharing Contract, including Drilling activities, Drilling Contractual Matters, FPSO operations, Seismic activities, and Production Operations..., for Oil Operators. She also in charge of Commercial Agreements such as JOA, GSPA, Transportation Agreement, Allocation Agreement, LNG MSPA... for the joint operations of offshore Blocks in Vietnam. During the time working with companies/corporations in Oil and Gas area, Annie is familiar with common law system, especially UK law as she has been involved in legal and commercial matters relating to such law.
