Georgia is a solicitor in our Wills, Trusts & Probate disputes department, advising on all issues arising from Will validity disputes, to claims being brought under the 1975 Act and Court of Protection disputes. She also advises on ToLATA disputes.
Her recent work includes acting on behalf of an adult child who successfully claimed provision equalling one third of the estate and acting on behalf of a minor securing inheritance.
Georgia qualified in 2018 and started at Taylor Rose in 2020.
