Łukasz is a Partner heading Bird & Bird's Dispute Resolution and Public Procurement teams in Poland.

With more than a decade of experience at leading international law firms, Łukasz guides major Polish and international clients through their most complex commercial disputes – in litigation and arbitration – as well as high-stakes public procurement proceedings, with particular strength in infrastructure, energy, transport and real estate.

He represents clients in multilayered disputes involving parallel proceedings, multiple parties and overlapping contractual, technical and regulatory issues, often spanning more than one jurisdiction. As lead counsel, he shapes overall strategy, coordinates demanding evidentiary and expert questions, and represents clients before common courts, arbitral tribunals and other judicial and regulatory bodies.

In public procurement, Łukasz has advised on some of the largest tenders by value in Poland, including road and rail infrastructure and airport projects. His portfolio spans projects with an aggregate value of several billion euros – roads and motorways, railway lines, airports, conventional and renewable energy (including offshore wind and BESS), e-mobility and defence infrastructure. He also advises on FIDIC-based contracts and a range of contractual formulas, including EPC arrangements.
