Kristoffer is an associate in Bird & Bird's Corporate team in Copenhagen, where he advises Danish and international businesses on M&A and general corporate law.

He advises clients on M&A processes, including structured sales processes, private equity investments and other types of business transfers. In collaboration with his colleagues, his work spans the entire process – from project structuring and management, and related strategic considerations, to due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.

Kristoffer also advises on corporate law matters, including company formations, changes to corporate structures, management and ownership structures, the drafting of warrant programmes, due diligence and general corporate issues.
