Jan is a specialist in outsourcing and technology projects, with more than 15 years’ experience advising clients on complex digitalisation initiatives. He combines legal expertise with a strong understanding of the technical and organisational aspects of large-scale projects.

He advises on all types of outsourcing and IT matters, including cloud computing, AI, machine learning, 5G and other emerging technologies, with a particular focus on data protection aspects.

Jan has extensive experience advising clients in regulated sectors, particularly telecoms and financial services, and is known for his pragmatic approach to procurement processes, deal structuring and complex multi-stakeholder projects.

Having advised both customers and vendors, he brings a well-rounded commercial perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges involved in outsourcing and technology transformations.
