Joined Juris Legal and Financial Services, New Delhi, in August 2023 and presently serving as Associate. Work includes advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, conducting due diligence, advising on estate planning and trusts, and providing policy-level input to the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on hydrogen blending and green hydrogen frameworks.
