The firm: Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong was part of the regional cross-border team of a leading law firm in South-East Asia with extensive experience in cross-border investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. From 2001 to 2011, the firm was affiliated with an international law firm operating across many jurisdictions within the Asia Pacific region. From an initial team of three founder partners in 1999, the firm has prospered and grown to 35 lawyers comprising 10 partners and 25 associates today. The firm assists clients to re-frame problems into opportunities for success in critical situations. The firm also advises on and secures clients’ relational, strategic, business and financial interests through a combination of legal expertise, transactional experience, structuring skills and industry knowledge.
