Tricia has a comprehensive finance background with 30 years’ experience, covering project, property, acquisition and corporate finance, along with restructuring and insolvency.

She has played a leading role in many complex financing transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers.  She has a “can do” approach and a thorough understanding of the key drivers for both banks and borrowers.  She is proactive, approachable, down to earth and can quickly identify solutions and transaction structures that meet the commercial objectives of all stakeholders.

Throughout her career, Tricia has led numerous large-scale transactions and has acted for many top-tier financial institutions including, ANZ, NAB, CBA, Westpac, Standard Chartered, JP Morgan, Sumitomo and HSBC. She has also developed deep networks in the alternative capital markets.
