Li CHEN, a bachelor and master of  law, graduated from Northwest University of politic and law in 2001 and Guangxi University in 2008, is the executive director of  Hylands Law Firm(Nanning). Since Lawyer Chen practiced law in 2005,she has combined juristic theory of civil and commercial law with litigation practice. Through acting a plenty of civil and commercial lawsuits and accumulating litigation experience, Lawyer Chen has evolved a unique style of  litigation. Lawyer Chen acted many hard cases and had recognized by clients successfully with solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience. Li Chen obtained a good evaluation of  profession in Nanning court system. Lawyer Chen applyed herself to legal service in commercial fields and focused on providing the legal service to enterprises. Lawyer Chen provided quality services in daily management and legal risk control while being hired as a legal advisor in dozens of state-owned enterprises and well-known private enterprises. Lawyer Chen led law firm to take the lead in reforming professionally and specialized in legal service in commercial areas after establishing Hylands Law Firm (Nanning) in 2017. In the process, Lawyer Chen has done a lot of  research in the legal service of enterprise investment and financing，and put the research into practice through a number of individual legal services. Lawyer Chen provided reasonable and effective references for Enterprise M & A, reorganization, financing mode and approach, financial and tax management and so on. Lawyer Chen is active in public benefit activities.After joining Guangxi New Social Stratum Association, Lawyer Chen attended many Poverty alleviation activities organized by the federation to make contribution to national poverty alleviation. Lawyer Chen is the supervisor of Love Ant Public Welfare Association.She has participated in many charity activities organized by the association, such as donating money to schools and developing“Green Classroom”, and gives back what she has learned to the community. At the same time, lawyer Chen has been serving as a charity ambassador for the“Little Star Care Fund Alliance”, actively participate in various relief activities, and continue to convey love for autistic children.
