Key achievements include:
1. Served as lead counsel representing Jizhong Energy as legal advisor in resolving disputes over ownership rights to coal mine assets valued at hundreds of billions of yuan in Xianyang, Yan'an, and other locations involving the governments of Hebei and Shaanxi provinces. Facilitated and witnessed the signing of settlement agreements between the Hebei and Shaanxi provincial governments and relevant state-owned enterprises, successfully concluding a decade-long case that had remained unenforceable.
2. Represented Hebei Linxi Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. in a business trust dispute against CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. and China Huafeng Bank Co., Ltd. (involving over 300 million yuan), striving to achieve a new breakthrough in the legal application of channel business.
3. Successfully represented North Industries Corporation in an administrative reconsideration case concerning HDMI trademark infringement, resulting in Shenzhen Customs revoking the infringement penalty imposed by Shekou Customs.
4. Represented North United Aluminum (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in a dispute with Bank of China Huizhou Branch over the negotiation of a domestic letter of credit, successfully recovering losses for the client.
5. Participated in the acquisition of Foshan Fuming Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. by China Construction Second Engineering Bureau.
6. Participated in the acquisition of Xiamen Oasis Environmental Protection Industry Co., Ltd. by Dongjiang Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (HK.00895);
7. Handled the acquisition of Well Honour Investment Limited by Shenzhen Senrun Investment Holding Co., Ltd.;
8. Handled the acquisition of Foshan Wanxinglong Renewable Resources Development Co., Ltd. by Dongjiang Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (HK.00895);
9. Handled due diligence for Guangxi Communications Investment Logistics Group Co., Ltd.'s proposed joint venture to invest in and develop a diabase industrial park;
10. Handled registration of major changes for Guangxi Communications Fund with the Asset Management Association of China;
11. Participated in criminal defense for Yin Mou's major smuggling case (smuggling light recycled oil, suspected tax evasion of RMB 280 million);
12. Defended Kong Mou, suspected of smuggling ordinary goods and items. The suspect was not prosecuted, making this the first case in Shenzhen where the Shenzhen People's Procuratorate accepted a plea bargain and declined prosecution;
13. Successfully argued for a lesser charge for Xie Mou, suspected of fundraising fraud. The charge was ultimately changed from fundraising fraud to illegal public deposit absorption;
14. Defended He Mou in a major pangolin scale smuggling case (involving 1.6 tons of smuggled pangolin scales);
15. Defended Wu Mou in a case involving illegal storage and trading of explosives, resulting in the prosecution deciding not to pursue charges;
16. Defended Ding Mou in a case involving obstruction of official duties, resulting in the prosecution declining to approve arrest;
17. Defended Zhang Mou, suspected of smuggling ordinary goods, resulting in the Customs Anti-Smuggling Bureau dismissing the case;
18. Defended Liu Mou, suspected of rape, resulting in the public security authorities dismissing the case;
19. Defended Chen Mou, suspected of smuggling ordinary goods, resulting in the procuratorate declining to prosecute;
20. Defended a jewelry company suspected of smuggling ordinary goods, resulting in the procuratorate declining to prosecute.
