Qiuming CHEN has extensive experience in M&A, PE/VC and foreign direct investment. She regularly advises leading PE/VC funds or other financial investors on their equity investments, trade sale, buyouts and IPO exit. Her deal experience ranges from venture capital financings to growth-stage and pre-IPO financings. She also frequently advises multinational corporations and other strategic investors on their mergers and acquisitions, direct investments, restructurings, dissolutions and other matters in China.  She is especially familiar with laws and law practice on health care, real estate, TMT and manufacturing.

She has substantial experience in handling complex cross-border transactions. She has been regularly representing international investors, including, without limitation, Everpine, MSA, LB Investment Inc, Gaw Capital, Eberspächer Gruppe GmbH & Co., Ivanhoé Cambridge, Israel Chemical Limited, Swissport International Ltd., Altschool, Deutsche Bank, Sertus, KION Group, George Uhe Co., Inc., Ebroker. Her continuous access to foreign investors makes her well understand the differences among different legal, cultural and business environments and the impact of such differences on business operations.
