3. Led three retrial cases involving construction disputes between CITIC Construction Co., Ltd., Haiqing Company, and Longxin Company. Represented CITIC Construction Co., Ltd. in filing a retrial petition with the Supreme People's Court. The total value of the cases exceeded RMB 200 million. The disputed projects were located in the Republic of Angola, constituting foreign-related engineering contract disputes related to key overseas projects under China's Belt and Road Initiative.

Represented Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. in eighteen arbitration cases concerning the Chengde and Qianming Big Data Center Industrial Park projects at the Beijing Arbitration Commission. Oversaw case initiation and property preservation procedures, including: - Six construction contract dispute cases initiated by Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. as the claimant, with a total claim amount of nearly RMB 210 million; Eleven cases where Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. was the respondent in construction contract disputes, with a total claim amount of nearly RMB 160 million.

5. Represented Beijing Urban Construction Road & Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd. in two construction subcontract arbitration cases against Fujian Meili Ecological Construction Group Co., Ltd. at the Beijing Arbitration Commission. Both projects involved PPP initiatives, with a combined claim amount exceeding RMB 100 million.

6. Represented Beijing Urban Construction Road & Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd. in a series of enforcement cases against Shanxi Guandong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., involving the Shanxi High Court and the Supreme People's Court during the enforcement process.
