Mr. Wang has extensive experience in corporate control, corporate governance and compliance, various legal affairs of state-owned enterprises, FDI, M&A, protection of shareholders' rights and interests, family wealth management & inheritance, private equity investment, corporate investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, legal issues on performance of duties by directors, supervisors and senior executive, and disputes resolution etc. Currently, Mr. Wang is the consultant for several central enterprises and investment companies, and he has handled many difficult cases such as the corporate control disputes and investment disputes between the large mineral enterprises and real estate companies with a market capitalization of tens of billions.

Mr. Wang pioneered the design concept of the articles of association for company control and shareholders’ rights protection.
