Jessie Yao graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a bachelor's degree in Law and a master's degree in International Law. After her graduation Jessie Yao went to New York University School of Law to pursue further studies and earned the LL.M. degree. Jessie Yao is admitted to practice law in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and the United States (New York State).
