Attorney Mu Chechang has been practicing law since 2002, specializing in government and corporate legal counsel, real estate legal services, project M&A legal services, dispute resolution, and capital markets. Attorney Mu has served as legal counsel to the Ministry of Finance and the Beijing Land Consolidation and Reserve Center. He continues to provide legal services to multiple township and town governments in Beijing's Chaoyang District, possessing extensive experience in primary land development, project demolition and relocation, urban real estate cooperation, and joint real estate development. As a standing legal counsel for several listed companies and their parent groups, Attorney Mu is well-versed in corporate governance structures, internal management systems, and external commercial partnerships. He also provides legal support and services to numerous real estate companies, property management firms, and asset management companies. He has participated in comprehensive legal services for dozens of large-scale real estate projects across Beijing, Changchun, Changsha, Chongqing, Kunming, Weihai, and other locations, covering pre-development, sales, and property management phases. Additionally, he has been responsible for transaction structuring, contract drafting, negotiation, and consultation for a significant volume of real estate equity M&A projects and ongoing construction project transfers, involving cumulative contract transaction values reaching tens of billions of yuan. In dispute resolution, Attorney Mu Chechang has handled hundreds of civil and commercial litigation cases involving real estate, construction, demolition, contracts, finance, labor, and corporate bankruptcy, with cumulative case values reaching billions of yuan, earning high praise from clients. He has also represented government agencies or third parties in over a hundred administrative litigation cases concerning government information disclosure, administrative permits, and demolition rulings, accumulating extensive experience in both civil and administrative litigation.
