Attorney Zhang Miao holds a Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws in Economic Law from Renmin University of China. As a Senior Partner and Member of the Management Committee at Beijing Haotian Law Firm, he specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, real estate and construction projects, private equity, and investment matters. Formerly the youngest Chief Prosecutor in Beijing's judicial system, he possesses extensive legal practice experience with a distinguished track record.
