Ms. Mu graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and National School of Development at Peking University. She was engaged in civil and commercial trials in Beijing Intermediate People’s Court. The cases she hosted and participated in mainly involved finance, securities, investment and financing, real estate, equity, financial leasing, Sales, Judicial review of arbitration and other fields. Since practicing as a lawyer, Ms. Mu has focused on dispute resolution of difficult and complex commercial cases, serving clients including insurance companies, guarantee companies, trust companies, financial leasing companies, large state-owned enterprises, large real estate development companies, fund companies, and large asset management companies. Relying on the profound accumulation in this field, especially the familiarity with judicial practice, she is good at objectively analyzing litigation risks, reasonably predicting the trend of cases, in-depth research and solving difficult legal issues, so as to provide customers with effective dispute resolution solutions.
