CFG Law > Firm Profile
CFG Law is a firm of serious and catastrophic injury solicitors who specialise in personal injury cases valued over £25k.
They have a clear purpose which drives the business; to help those affected by injury – together. This purpose encompasses what they are trying to achieve as a business, challenging and changing the industry to work together and support everyone affected by injury – including the injured person, their family and friends and others around them.
CFG Law’s ambition is to become ‘The UK’s leading serious injury business by 2026.’ This does not mean the largest or most profitable, but to influence change in the industry and put the injured person and their family at the forefront of the process, ensuring they can achieve their best possible outcome and can go on to lead fulfilled lives.
Despite 2020 being a year no one expected, and which saw many law firms struggling, CFG Law has gone from strength to strength. Due to their IT infrastructure, 100% of colleagues were able to work from home from day one, which meant there was no interruption to the service provided to their clients. Their strong position in the marketplace meant they did not furlough any colleagues or make redundancies during this time, and r annual pay review went ahead as normal.
They have also continued to grow the business, with eleven new colleagues joining the firm and five internal promotions. They have also opened two new consulting offices in Oxford and Sunderland in 2020 and a further permanent office in Bury St Edmunds with a new team of eight joining in April 2021, together with another consulting office in Cambridge.
