Zaire is an associate in our Corporate and Commercial practice. Zaire qualified in Hong Kong as a lawyer in 2020 and has extensive experience in various corporate, commercial, and banking matters acting for corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of matters such as, secured loan transactions, real estate financing and real estate M&A, shareholder and investment arrangements, reviewing different kind of transactional and commercial agreements, issuing legal opinions and ad-hoc legal advice.
Prior to joining Tanner De Witt, Zaire worked as a solicitor in the banking team in an international law firm in Hong Kong.
He is native in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Shanghainese and fluent in English.
